"Nice hotel in an historic building. Large room and centrally located right next to opera house. It does have an elevator. The only thing I would comment on was the condition of the carpet on the second floor made it difficult to roll our suitcases. Nice cafe downstairs. Front desk was always helpful. "

"When we arrived, we were upgraded to a larger room, which was a nice surprise. The hotel and room itself were stylishly decorated and clean, with modern yet retro fixtures. The windows opened onto a central area so we were able to let the breeze in on warmer nights. It seemed to be a quieter area with a few shops and bistros around, so it didn't get too loud at night and was very walkable. We were close to a few tram stops, which made getting around the city very simple. The staff was very helpful, even when we accidentally booked our trip for one day less than we meant to - they held our room and let us add the extra day without issue. "

"Great hotel near the train station! Rooms were lovely and clean and staff very friendly. This property is located away from downtown area, but easy to get Uber within minutes to take you wherever you want to go. Never had an issue getting an Uber during our 5-day stay. There are also trams that run throughout the city, but we never took one. Overall, great hotel at a great price!"
