"This cottage was perfect for our stay. It is comfortable, clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped. The view down to the pond is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and charming -- we really enjoyed being in East Boothbay, as compared to the busier and more crowded Boothbay Harbor. There are several good hiking trails in the area, and so many other interesting things to do. Highly recommend! We would happily stay here again."

"Sharon and Gil were so nice, hospitable, and accommodating and I ultimately had a decent stay. I want to be sure to let other visitors know there are some things that may help align expectations, as a past guest, so you don’t get disappointed. "Easy walking access to everything in Boothbay Harbor. Clean and comfortable place to stay. A little close top traffic on the main road and more traffic noise than expected. Would return and would also like to bring more people to stay on the same property in the other buildings."

"Nice, clean place. Very good kitchen and cookware. Washer and dryer were great. The only negative for us were the two futon couches - not very substantial and very uncomfortable to sit on."
