"Room was very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Parking was easy to use and plentiful. Great location just out of town centre but still a nice 20 minute walk into town."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly just be aware of the parking, whilst the car park was easy to find you can’t access a spot unless you have a key and prepare to line up some cars as you will be stuck, unfortunately there are no available spots outside the hotel to go and pay $25 for a key, so you will need to park elsewhere until you can organise parking, not the most ideal when you are tired from travelling, also the parking isn’t accessible from the hotel itself. "The free breakfast was terrible, ran out of food after 10mins and no plates cups or cutlery either, waited 15mins for a clean coffee cup just so I could make a hot drink. Service was terrible from the manager. Room was clean however the window in the room had no rubber seal around it so was dangerous if you had young children staying with you. The bathroom was so tiny you couldn't even sit on the toilet without hitting your knees on the vanity.i would say it is definitely not 4 stars more like 2...

"I stayed in a single room which was comfortable and convenient to my needs. I treated myself to an upgrade in the Residence for two nights which was wonderful. Would very much like to stay there again. Only see staff when needed but they are always helpful and will go out of their way to provide what you ask for."
