"Arrived later in the evening her directions were perfect. She left the lights on knowing we would be in at dark. The house is beautiful and cozy. Setting outside watching the sunset over Pilot Mountain was so serene. Couldnt ask for a better view or host to communicate with !! Highly recommend !!! "

"It was a cozy place, comfortable bed to sleep on, good views and secluded. The only semi- negative thing was there was some confusion about the address to get there. I reached out to the owner and they were quick to help! If you have an apple maps it won’t show up, but will on google. "

"The cabin was beautiful. Everything about it was great. Comfortable, had everything we need. Enjoyed the back deck overlooking the river and relaxed in the hot tub. Kayaks available for rent. Lots of places to explore."

"Barbara and Chris could NOT have been more hospitable! They told us great places to visit and restaurants to check out. We toured their farm and got to feed and pet the horses, plus the Russian geese she had were beautiful. I would DEFINITELY stay here again, in fact, we are planning a trip back here in the fall! "

"Enjoyed a quiet weekend with my daughter, a student at Wake Forest, before she hunkers down for finals. The cabin was peaceful, very clean and so cozy. We were not able to hang out on the porches as the weather was chilly but they were beautiful. We loved Main St in Pilot Mountain and recommend the Squeeze Box. Looking forward to returning in the fall. "
