"Hampton Inn in Mt Airy is great - very clean and welcoming. The hotel staff is pleasant and accommodating. The room is spacious and the bed and pillows were just perfect, like they are brand new and very comfortable. The TV is big and wonderful. The bathroom is spacious and clean, lots of towels and amenities. The shower is spacious even for a tall person. The shower’s water pressure is just perfect. Even the toilet’s water pressure is great and flushes quickly. The lobby is great -lots of tables and seating. The hotel’s Breakfast is wonderful with variety of fresh food and drinks. They have a nice indoor pool too. Overall, a fantastic and wonderful time. Highly recommended this hotel. "

"I was very tired when I arrived and didn’t like having to take my stuff up the stairs to the 2nd floor (no elevator). The “tin drum” base for the bed seemed poorly assembled, was “shifty” and very noisy. The room was not very clean. The breakfast offerings were very sparse (waffles were “out”) and not appeali g the breakf"
