Good enough as a clean place to rest your head after a long day. No TV, refrigerator, or coffee in room. No elevator in building, stairs to the rooms are narrow and winding. Walls are pretty thin. No front desk. Like air bnb, you are given a door code by email. Owners were responsive by email day of, and allowed us to leave luggage in the basement...

Advertised on Google as bed and breakfast but only kettle available, teabags, coffee and biscuits available but no milk. No staff in the property apart from cleaners at certain times. "Special place, in historic area with all Belle Epoque and Art Nouveau buildings. Minutes from Berchem station yet quiet and peaceful. Direct train to airport and other cities or tram to historic part of city steps away. Host, Adam, is very communicative and lives on premises-- like saying at a friend's. Our rooms were palatial with beautiful details and high ceilings. Perfect for family of 3. Nice breakfast option served in beautiful parlor. Highly recommended. "

Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep."

"No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba . Gracias...
