The expansive yard was such a treat for our grandchildren and the back courtyard was a perfect retreat...even in the rain! We could not have asked for anything better!! "We were looking for bases to explore the various areas of Ireland and chose this one for the Limerick portion of our trip. It's in a lovely rural location and, unlike many Irish dwellings, is very energy efficient and comfortable. Just a great place to stay if you want a quiet place surrounded by lovely countryside. One caveat: If you're from out of the country and have spotty cell service, make sure you save your Google map trips so you can find this place in the dark! We both lost service at the same time (it was so random) and had a tricky time getting back one night."
