"The hotel is a long way from Terminal 5 at Heathrow and the Pods are hard to find if you aren’t familiar with the airport. The hotel also charges you for using the pods. It’s hard to find the hotel if you arrive at night because there isn’t clear signage. The hotel itself is older and a bit run down but the room was clean and the bed was good. It was fine for one night."

"Easy and convenient for the night before an early flight. Staff were friendly, room was super clean and comfortable, you are right slap bang at the terminal, and there is a much appreciated discount off food and drink options. And a very handy tea/coffee room just down the corridor - essential for the early morning flight!"

"Easy to find if using the Tube as we did. All fine, it removes the stress of getting to Heathrow, which was our main reason for going. Airport terminal within a minute's walk. The room was basic but clean, very expensive if not sharing costs but it's Heathrow and I was happy to avoid morning taxis and traffic stress. Outrageous prices for food in the terminals."
