"Friendly staff. Close to tube station (stonebridge). Easy to reach on Bakerloo line. Walking distance to OVO if you dont want to get back on tube. Food delivery available. Really nice, clean, room but not much in the way of crockery/cuttley. No glasses etc., but cafe downstairs were helpful and happy to provide. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Nice communal area with pool table and TVs. Didnt use gym but looked nice. Enjoyed the stay."

"I thought the property did a well job. The property doesn't have a front desk. When you need anything I would send an email, and was able to get what ever I needed. My one issue would be the pillows. If you like soft pillows then you will be fine. "

"I had a great stay here. The front desk was very nice and accommodating. The room was perfect for a solo traveler. Full size bed, kitchenette and even a washer/dryer. Place was clean, had an elevator and located in a great area near the train with restaurants and grocery stores. "

"For my personal needs it was further away from London city Centre than I would have liked, but that’s not the fault of the property. Otherwise great! Very safe and quiet, adorable neighborhood that made me feel like I was in a true English village. No A/C, but multiple fans provided. Utilized the laundry availability. I also accidentally left a bag of souvenirs behind and they were nice enough to keep watch for it, find it for me, give me a call and hold it for a friend to pick up. "

"Three nights here, staff were very dismissive when we arrived and I felt quite rude. The rooms are ok but there idle no daily service or clean, had to empty our bins outside. There is a laundry for guests to use but most of the machines weren’t working so we were doing our laundry throughout the night."

"Mixed review. The building location was great. The room was smallish but that was well advertised. The amenities were there but all did NOT work. Most notably was the ceiling fan. Small rooms on hot London days and nights without proper ventilation is rough. Management did NOT fix during my stay but instead offered a small (maybe 4-5 inch) table top fan that was grossly inadequate to cool the room. Ultimately, I ended up buying a larger fan so I could cool enough to sleep. It's...

"The apartment is well-located, just a 5 minute walk to the Edgware Road tube station. You can go to most of the main attractions from there on the Circle Line. The apartment is on a quiet street. The beds are comfortable and having two bathrooms made things easy for my family. There are also a few grocery stores nearby. We were able to have breakfast in the apt. before heading out for the day. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. "
