"Nice location, although road noise could be bothersome if you hoped for a quiet getaway. The tiny home was well equipped with kitchen amenities and the bedding and towels appeared clean. Unfortunately, we found that all cups, plates and cutlery needed to be washed before use as they were dirty. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. "Clean and well maintained"

"Lovely quite place .Close to Coffs & Coastal beaches .Nice cafe & friendly"

"Accommodation was excellent. We even left out son's favourite bedtime toy behind by accident and the cleaner mailed it back to us free of charge. Very appreciative,"

"This place would of been great 20 years ago but is very tide now… Our bathroom roof looks like it could have mould and the walls are paper thin… good location and friendly staff"

"We stayed one night whilst travelling interstate. We were greeted by the friendly motelier upon arrival. Check in was seamless and she directed us to our room. The room was beautifully presented, very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed to rest up for the next day's long drive. Whole property was well manicured and easy to get to. Would definitely stay again if we are in Coffs Harbour."

"Stay was most comfortable. Suited our needs perfectly."

"Clean and comfortable. Convenient for town. Local brew pub excellent. Had the Kielbaser sausage - wow!"

"Well located quiet and clean"

"Great for one night passing through Coffs. Clean, big room, easy check in and check out"

"The view was beautiful! The owner was very accommodating and helpful with places to go and areas to see:) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"The resort itself was very good, the let down was the room, 1206 broken spa bath, broken toilet seat, very poor furniture, I have seen better in op shops! Very outdated, the sofa was also broken, the room overall didn’t warrant anymore than 2 star! The staff at the resort were very helpful and the service in breakfast and evening service was very good. Golf amenities including hiring of clubs etc, very good. The room needs a complete renovation and lets the resort down. Would I go there again?...

"Fit for purpose, nothing to complain about. I’d stay there again no problem"
