"1st floor location. View of the next buildings roof and beyond that the ocean. Due to the size of the property there are a lot of people out. Was awoken a few times from conversations outside. Unfortunately all sounds from the upstairs unit reverberated down; people walking, getting out of bed, moving kitchen chairs, etc."

"This rental was the perfect location for all the things to do in Oceanside. Easy walking distance of downtown. The parking spot was a huge plus. It is quite literally steps from the beach. The interior was very clean, bed were comfy, and the neighborhood was as quiet as a beach neighborhood in summer can be. Plenty of police patrolling the area which made us feel very safe. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area."

"Context: My family and I (including newborn and dog) stayed for two and a half months. Location: The location is great! It's close to numerous beaches and is a short drive to most of the Carlsbad area. The Mexican restaurants within walking distance area are all absolutely delicious. Check out the Oceanside Sunset Market every Thursday evening! Only downside is the place doesn't have any in-unit laundry. You'll have to make do with the community's laundry rooms that cost a couple dollars...
