"The room is big for European standards. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bed linen and bath towels are clean and no smell of cigarette or chemicals. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The hotel staff are also very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. There are a Vietnamese, a Korean and a Thai restaurant near the hotel within 5 minutes walk if you enjoy Asian food. A small grocery store and a “Paul” bakery also within 3 minutes walk. A bus stop is right in front, we need to take the bus to get off the next stop to catch the metro, or you can walk 15 minutes to the metro station. "

"Very nice hotel in the Charleroi city center. Most restaurants closed by 7 or 8pm, and was difficult to find many solid dining options. Not an easy city to navigate without a car."

"very unique type of hotel and architecture, not your regular hotel.. The Pool & roof top bar ads great value as well as the Akutsan (love the experience). The option of late check out is great and the staff is always friendly. Very convenient location."
