"I know this Hitel when it was The Conrad. Great staff and service. Pool and fitness is not part of the hotel facility. You need to book prior. This was not communicated. Also 35 Euro for the usage. Breakfast staff are very youg and not much experinced. However great selection at Breakfast. Very resasonable price. I love the location and walking distance to everything. Room service is Top. Pictures shown of suites is not the same as you get. JR suites dont have 2 beds but 1 Bed and 1 Sofa Bed. We asked for A 2nd matress for the sofa bed to be comfortable. "

"The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main train station in Naples and easy to find. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was large and clean. It was basic, but perfect for our needs. It had an air con unit, plenty of power points, bathroom had soap and shower gel dispensers, fresh towels were provided. The hotel is in a great location to get onto public transport and an ideal base for sightseeing. The lobby also had a small shop that sold refreshments at a reasonable price and you could also buy essential toiletries. Overall it was a great stay- the location is ideal, and we felt safe walking from the train station after dark. There are plenty of options for places to eat nearby and a couple of mini markets. "
