"Dark and depressing, everything is brown, very little natural light, clean but very tired and very basic. This is not a Hotel, you have to make your own beds, staff unhelpful when we needed to move rooms because of the barking dog next door …. we asked if they could help move the linen and were told by them that that wasn’t there job why should they do it??? Maybe a misunderstanding as i thought we were booking a hotel room this feels more like a hostel ….. "

"Loin des remontées, ascenseurs peu pratiques, appartement/mobilier/sanitaires vieux, literie peu confortable, piscine froide et jacuzzi interdit aux enfants ! La propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous, beaucoup de poussière en arrivant dans le logement. Le ménage n'est pas fait dans les parties communes et le comble, il faut nettoyer la cuisine alors que le ménage est censé être compris dans le prix. "Great location in a lovely village. Perfect for people with young children as the nursery slopes are right outside. Apartment had everything we needed. Check in was easy and quick. I'd recommend to call in advance and say if you need cot/towels/sheets as I didn't do this and had to wait a short while for these to be prepared. The manager/owner speaks English so it would have been very easy to phone in advance. We did have someone steal a hired sled when we were there which we had left...
