"Overall I really enjoyed my stay mostly because of the spa facilities. I didn’t get to experience dining so I cannot comment on those. Like: spacious rooms, comfortable bed, spa facilities, outdoor pool Could be better: I think the speed of cleaning turnover could be better and the property could anticipate busier seasons. I already respect the 3 hour gap between checkout and check in, and I don’t expect to be ready before 3 pm, but if like me who checked in at 12 and came back later and let reception know, and patiently waiting in reception for 30 mins before 3 pm, I would have liked to think my room would have been prioritised to be ready. However at 3 pm I saw at least 2 more guests just arrived, checked in and given rooms, and when I asked about my room before any other guests got to check in, they still had to check if my room was ready."

"Très bon séjour ! Le cadre est très agréable, situé à 10min du centre et il y a également supérette et fast food à 5min. Le petit dej était très bien aussi. Le ménage en revanche n’est pas terrible.. beaucoup de poussière sur les lampes (un coup de chiffon prend littéralement 3sec), des traces dans les escaliers qui sont restés tous le séjour, et le fait qu’il n’y ai pas de sachet dans les poubelles peut être gênant. Hormis le ménage, personnel agréable et beau complexe avec tout ce qu’il faut à disposition."

"Dates stayed: 5/30-6/01/26 As expected from Best Western, this is a nice, clean and quiet hotel. Though the lobby is quite busy because it's small, the restaurant/bar & elevators are all located right there. Check in was easy, everyone spoke English. The rooms were nice, clean, the beds very comfortable and the bathroom excellent with good shower water pressure. The location is a little walking distance from the main attractions: Fontaine la Rotonda, Rue Mirabeau, restaurants & shops but if you are prepared to walk during your trip, this location is fine. I would stay here again! Highly recommend, as you walk in the morning from the hotel to the Fontaine la Rotonda, you will pass a pastry shop, Artisan Boulanger Patissier, be sure to stop in for a coffee & pastry/croissant."
