"This hotel was great. Family room was very spacious. Bed and towels were high level. Staff was above and beyond. A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. We unfortunately expected to try the restaurant on Sunday evening but it closes on Sundays. "We were a family of 10 and Valerie’s home was a beautiful home in which to start our trip. The back yard was a great place to relax and unwind and there was plenty of table space to all enjoy meals together. I would recommend that before doing laundry be sure to check that the drain pipe from the washer is placed in the shower. The location worked well for us to make short trips to visit Geneva, Annecy and Chillion castle!"
