Very good location..close to the tram. Very good staff. The only issue is that the room was on the roof e there is no air conditioning. So the room is really hot!

Wir fanden das alles schon sehr schön, allerdings hat uns an manchen Ecken so ein bisschen die Liebe gefehlt. Kann aber auch sein, dass wie überall Personal fehlt und man sich auf das Hauptsächliche konzentrieren muss.

Sauberes, gut geführtes Hotel in Ramersdorf. Kürzlich renovierte Zimmer mit ordentlichen Standard. Lediglich die fehlende Ablage unter dem Badezimmerspiegel macht die morgendliche Toilette etwas mühselig. Gut bestücktes Frühstücksbüffet, was mit 16€ aber so gerade noch im Rahmen ist. Straßenbahn nach Bonn Zentrum in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Anderes Zimmer bekommen, als gebucht

Wir haben über Expedia ein Apartment gebucht. Wir haben ein großes Zimmer bekommen. Der Preis ist meine Meinung nach zu teuer. Wir haben ohne Frühstück 111 € bezahlt. Es war uns ganz wichtig, dass wir ein Hotel mit Parkplatz buchen, als wir ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Parkplatz leider voll ist, wir dürften 300 Meter weiter auf der Strasse parken. Die Betten sind etwas veraltet, neue Matratzen wären unbedingt nötig. Für mich hat dieses Hotel keine 4 Sterne verdient.

Nice hotel, but far from the centre.

Very nice rooms, very clean. But the hotel is fairly far from the centre of town, and the tram is a 10-15 minute walk. It is somewhat disorganized, they didn't return my jacket when I had it pressed, and they didn't have a record of my reservation when I arrived.
