"Good location, super friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the breakfast"

"Sehr zuvorkommendes, herzliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück in angenehmem, schön gestalteten Gastraum, gute Gastatmosphäre, sauberes Zimmer und Bad, sehr gute Lage in Bonn Zentrum."

"Negative review of a hotel where I booked a room for four people and found only one bed to sleep in with my husband and my two children. The staff were unpleasant and rude, and they told me I had to pay an extra charge. Even though the surcharge seemed excessive to me, I agreed to pay for an additional bed, but they never even brought it to the room.

"Ideal stay for what I needed, although could be improved. I would like more control with the air con. A lot of settings can't be changed. Also the duvets need to be bigger. Why have a single sized duvet with a double bed? More coat hangers needed as well. But overall a good stay and would stay again"

"I booked months in advance; requested the same apartment that I had on my previous visit (since I knew it was decently appointed) and have a message form the manager indicating I would get this apartment. Instead, I was offered two "upgrades" upon arrival. While both were larger, one was in the basement (like living in a cave), the other was on the top floor (larger but middle of summer with no air conditioning) but poorly appointed. My German friends were waiting for me so, as not to...
