LOCATED ON THE IMPERIAL RIVER W/GULF ACCESS! Kayaks & SUP’s provided for your use. This home offers it all! This one of a kind experience sits on one acre in Historic Downtown Bonita Springs. We are walking distance to it all. With 36 ft of dock access! We also have a floating dock for two jet skis! Bring the boat, bring the skis, bring the family and the doggies , park your trailer and prepare for fun in the sun. Enjoy the huge screened in lanai for maximum comfort! In the master bedroom is a king bed with a private bath,. Across the wing ,two bedrooms lay with a queen bed in each. Spacious and cozy! Please note this is a split home and there is a tenant living upstairs with a dog on site.

Great stay!

Beautiful property and great host. So relaxing staying by the river and being able to walk downtown.

Fantastic long weekend getaway with the family

We stayed for a hockey tournament at hertz arena but found an awesome vacation house at the same. In between games all the kids wanted to do was come back to the house and play outside and on the dock. The screened in lanai is incredible and where the adults hung out most of the time. The kids caught lots of really cool fish too. We would definitely come back.
