Lovely home in Spanish Wells, a gated golf community near Gulf beaches. Large screened lanai with pool overlooks a beautiful yard and lake with golf course in the distance. Living, dining and private master suite have views to lanai and lake. Ample indoor and outdoor seating. Walk to Spanish Wells Golf course, a 27 hole public golf course and driving range.

Neighborhood is safe, quiet and walkable day and night. Two miles to beach. Close to shopping and restaurants.
