Directly across the street to the beach and just steps to Public Beach Access #3. Indulge in the light and bright open-concept living, dining and kitchen area with plenty of natural light. Master bedroom located on main living level with king bed, smart TV and ensuite bath with dual vanities. Second and third bedrooms offers a king-sized and full-sized beds, respectively, with shared full bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms have a king and two twin beds with shared full bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with all cookware and dishware for your culinary needs. After a long day at the beach soaking up the Florida sunshine, kick back and relax on the screened-in elevated balcony while enjoying your favorite cocktail or glass of wine. Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cart and other accessories included. Gas grill at your disposal with propane provided. Come enjoy everything that Bonita Beach has to offer! Leave the car at home and take a short walk to nearby restaurants, bars and local nightlife.

Great house, great location

Perfect house for multiple families. Clean, well stocked and in a great location for beach access. Would recommend.

Great location, clean and comfortable

We stayed two weeks and for a good part of the time, had 3 couples, a mother and her one year old and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach. Because it is on a side road, the location was very quiet considering how close we were to the main drag. We quickly learned when to travel (Traffic can be very bad in one direction when people are headed to or from the beaches). The only thing we missed were extra blankets in the bedrooms (we had a cool spell). There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, etc. for all of us. When we were missing the security code and internet info, the property manager was very responsive.
