Hotels.com completely misrepresented the room that I had reserved; their photo showed a basic hotel room with two beds side by side, and they said "one room, two beds." But when I arrived it was a bunk bed and I was staying with someone else who I didn't know. I was shocked and sort of gobsmacked. The hotel staff was amazing.
