"Probably one of the worse places I have stayed in 10 years. We reported issues within 2 hours of arrival. No one came to see me or tried to address anything and we left after less than 2 days. The general manager avoided me until I emailed him direct and demanded he call me. He then claimed our claims were not true and told us because we had checked in were weren’t entitled to any refunds for the two nights we didn’t stay. "I cannot say enough about this gorgeous property. What stood out besides the obvious backdrop of the stunning sea and gorgeous private beach was hands down the entire staff. Gino & Monica were instant family. I always felt so safe and taken care of by both of them. I had no idea how special this stay would become.
