"This Lake house was recently renovated and is sitting on the banks of Picton bay. Cool breezes and lots of shade. Our Host was there to greet us. Then cottage was air conditioned and the beds were comfortable. The four of us had a very enjoyable week at this cottage/home. Lots of chairs were available as well as many outdoor games to entertain children. A+++"

"We had such a wonderful time at Milford House. Everything was perfect from start to finish. This is a stunning century+ home with the charm of the past and every modern convenience. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and even had sharp knives!! A first for me in short term rentals. Didnt have to pull out my own knives!! Monica was so helpful, and had really thought of everything. Gorgeous fluffy towels, comfy beds... The garden area is much larger that it looks in the pictures, and it unfolded...

"This house was clean and filled with any utility you could need! there was an abundance of towels and linens and the kitchen was fully stocked with any equipment you could need. The house owner left a pass for provincial parks which allowed us free access to Sandbanks for the weekend. The host was kind and considerate and checked in with us appropriately. The house was wonderfully located. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is my go-to in Picton. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Communication and check-in was easy. The only small suggestion I have is that it would be useful to have some kind of hook on the back of the bedroom & bathroom doors to hang items on (like a toiletry bag) since there isn’t a lot of bathroom counter space. A full length mirror would be useful as well for us ladies that are visiting for a girls' weekend. Everything was great. I've been here before...
