Lovely apartment situated on the outskirts of Bo'ness. Perfect for visiting Bo'ness and ideally situated to explore the wider central belt with easy access to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling and Falkirk.
On the first floor (not ground floor), this home is modern and well-appointed, with lounge/dining room, and a separate kitchen. There is plenty of space for up to four guests, with a king-size bed in one bedroom and a double bed in the other.
The whole house is yours and there is a designated parking space.
Bo’ness is a historic town with an industrial heritage. It has two major supermarkets and numerous food outlets; both sit in and take away. The John Muir Way passes through the town and is popular with long and short distance walkers. Roman remains can be seen at the Kinneil estate which is on the western edge of the town. Bo’ness is home to the Hippodrome, Scotland’s oldest public cinema and recently featured in Good Omens 2, to the Scottish Railway Museum and the Bo’ness Motor Museum. Nearby are Blackness and Midhope Castles which were both used in the filming of Outlander. Slightly further afield in Falkirk are The Kelpies and The Falkirk Wheel. Take a trip on the Maid of the Forth under the three bridges departing from nearby Queensferry. The apartment is fifteen minutes drive from Edinburgh airport. During the day buses leave from Bo’ness regularly for Edinburgh (approximately every hour) and other destinations in Central Scotland. The M9 is just a few minutes drive from the apartment and gives access to the motorways. Access to Edinburgh is straightforward. Although Bo'ness is 25 minutes to Edinburgh by car. You can park at Linlithgow train station (approx. 3 miles away with free parking) and take the 20-minute train ride into Waverley or Haymarket in the centre of Edinburgh. Trains leave approximately every 15-20 minutes and the last train out of Edinburgh leaves at 23.45. There is also tram access to the City from Ingliston park and ride every 10 minutes.

Our short stay was so wonderful we actually didnt want to leave. We felt at home and welcomed throught our stay.
We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute at this apartment. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and had every amenity we needed. I will definitely try to stay there again on our next trip to Bo’Ness.
Ken’s flat was perfect for our trip to Edinburgh. We rented a car and enjoyed being close to the city without having to be right in the thick of it, Ken provided us with some basic grocery staples which was very kind of him, and his place was lovely. Thanks Ken!
10/10 Perfect four night stay. Apartment is very very comfortable, amenities are the best. Absolutely recommended! We spent a day in Edinburgh, a day in Stirling and a day locally.
Nothing but positive things to say for this stay! The place was stocked with everything you might need which really went above and beyond my expectations. Just back from a weeks stay at the apartment just fantastic , high standard throughout apartment,extremely comfortable furnishings and bed.kitchen has everything you need and more excellent welcome pack great quality. We will definitely stay again in the future.
Very nice place to explore Edinburgh or Glasgow and the spaces between.
We have traveled around Scotland and had a lot of accomondations, but this one the absolutly best!
We have really enjoyed our stay and missed nothing.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and provided lots of sight-seeing information. Conveniently located near a "park and ride" for easy access to and from Edinburgh.

The Apartment was comfortable and cozy, but enough space for 2 or more people to hang out and enjoy some time in Scotland. Good Bus connections to Edinburgh, Glasgow and some towns nearby.
Wow! This is one of the best experiences I’ve had. Amazing hospitality by Kenneth from the time we arrived to our departure. The apartment was clean, neat, spacious and had wonderful amenities. Convenient to the park and ride for the tram into Edinburgh. Lots of travel guides provided if you’re looking for ideas on what to do or where to go. I hope to return some day and will definitely stay here.
Everything about this rental was superb.
It was a 30min drive to the Park and ride and then a 40min tram ride to Edinburgh but everything else made up for that distance.To be honest it was close to Falkirk Wheel, Helix Park and Linlinthgow which we enjoyed for a day.
The supplies were amazing. We've never before had packets of crisps, biscuits, Heaps of packets of cereal, Milk and orange juice. Also salt, pepper, oil, foil etc.
The bathroom supplies were of a high quality and plentiful.
We would love to stay here again!!!!

Location-wise, the apartment was conveniently situated only a 15min drive to the tram and then easy access to Edinburgh.

This is an excellent property well situated to drive to Edinburgh, Sterling, Glasgow. We were personally welcomed by Ken who walked us through everything we needed to know about the apartment. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We received a bottle of wine and basic groceries, milk, bread, butter, orange juice, water, tea, sugar and our favourite Nespresso coffee! The bathroom was also well equipped with anything you could possibly need!
