"We are 2 ladies in our 50s. We love the Franklin area and wanted to spend a few days here while driving home from florida. This place was absolutely PERFECT. The unit was spotlessly clean and we felt completely safe. We were only minutes from down town, the pucking parlor and the Factory. 100% will stay again. Very nice rental. Easy check in and out. "

"The property was very cute with multiple units but this one was not maintained well. Lots of scratches on walls, coffee pot did not work, then TV's did not work second night because old cable box was out. Management did not seemed concerned and was not very responsive. Thankfully the heater worked great. "
