"Rental facility was excellent all around. Great spaces and great location for our needs. A bit disappointing though was the online registration which proved to be somewhat confusing and poorly functioning. Clarity by phone was a necessity and the only means to book in at last minute. I was particularly annoyed at the extra initial charge for payment verification which had not been clear at the offset of our booking. Not at all happy to have been required to give photo ID online!!! Kitchen...
