"A quiet location, off the beaten path. If you have a car, and are looking for a place to break up a long drive, or are looking for a home base to explore the region, we highly recommend you make this your first choice. Although the bones of the manor house date back over two hundred years, you wouldn't know it, as everything is brand new and of the highest quality. The freshly baked goods in the morning were a nice surprise."

"My husband and I were not so sure we had made a good choice as our cab drove us to this destination and the last 1/2 mile was a dirt road. "This place is amazing. Second time back here and just as good as the first time around - no better place in the Bologna area for a relax - and the bioorganic pond is a dream. The wine is also divine and well priced. "Wunderschönes Haus und Zimmer, die mit viel Holz selbst gezimmerte Einrichtung ist klasse. Frühstück ok, frische Brötchen und warme Eier wären prima. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nicht viel zu sehen. Leider sind die Strassen sehr sehr schlecht, so dass man für Ausflüge (Ferrara eigentlich nur knapp 30km weg) mehr Zeit einplanen muss. Fazit: Für einen Zwischenstopp sehr gut. "
