"It was a pleasant place to stay and well located. Pity though about the honesty about the parking situation. The advertisment says that parking is available. What it doesn't say is it's either meter parking out front or free two streets away. When I enquired about the parking situation before booking nobody bothered to respond. It spoilt an otherwise good experience."

"The place is good but wasn't clean with carpets with so many dirty spots, the sofa is well overdue for replacement, no extractor in the bathroom, and needed to keep the blinds down as we could not have privacy. The parking and entrance were dirty, full of leaves and dust"

"Tea Gardens is a place where nothing happens. We checked out a day earlier than what we paid for as the property wasn't maintained well. The main bedroom AC was not functioning properly and was so loud we could hardly sleep. No cooling and every 5 minutes it would shut down and restart with a loud noise. There was black mould in the AC, visible from outside. Overall a very bad experience."
