"The staff is very kind and helpful at all shifts. The breakfast is outstanding delicious with large variety of choices. Furthermore, the restaurant service is great and impeccable. However,It is very hard to make international calls from your room, mainly when have no other options. "

"This hotel is even better in person! The service was outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really comfy & well decorated. The breakfast area is stunning with animal art/paintings all over, wonderful music playing and the food was delicious and varied. They even made “sagu” for us and this wasn’t even on their menu. 10 out of 10! "

"Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street. "
