The bed is very comfortable and the appliances and just about everything looks brand new. The grounds, pool area and views are amazing. "The place was nice and is clean. I knew it was a downstairs of a house. The owner does have a dog that barks from time to time in the evening and you can hear people above, but was not too much to handle. Overall was a nice place in a nice town."

"This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints."

"My pup and I stayed at this perfect little spot for a 3 night business trip. It is the middle of three apartments/suites within one building. There are 3+ acres to explore with the pup which they had snowplowed a perfect loop (although of course the pup wanted to go off the trail!). It was quiet and easy to find and park.
