Wunderbare Tage

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Boltenhagen. Das HĂ€uschen ist gemĂŒtlich und sehr sauber. Die FahrrĂ€der konnten wir auch unterstellen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der NĂ€he sowie der schöne Hafen.

Sehr schön mit EinschrÀnkungen

Der Zuweg mit Kies ist nicht barrierefrei. Die Ausstattung ist vollstĂ€ndig und funktional, aber teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sie ist die Terrasse ĂŒberholungsbedĂŒrftig. Die Lage etwas außerhalb ist sehr ruhig. Der Hauptort und der Strand sind mit Fahrad oder Bus gut zu erreichen.

Klein aber sehr fein

Ein kleines, aber sehr, sehr feines Haus! Wir haben uns gefĂŒhlt wie daheim! Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, der Garten umzĂ€unt, was perfekt war fĂŒr unseren Urlaub mit Hund. Supermarkt in nĂ€chster NĂ€he, Hundestrand fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar .... wie können es nur loben - absolut empfehlenswert!

Beinahe wie ein Tiny-House, sehr gemĂŒtlich und gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Verbesserung: - ein Staubsauger wĂ€re noch toll - die EingangstĂŒr muss unten unbedingt repariert werden - die KĂŒchenschubladen neu verleimen - die letze Stufe nach draußen (Terrasse) muss repariert werden Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Eine nette kleine, pragmatisch eingerichtete Wohnung in schöner, ruhiger Umgebung. Terrasse, Gartenmöbel und Fliegengitter sollten mal erneuert werden.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir waren zu dritt inkl. Hund (1 Erwachsener und 2 Kinder) in der Wohnung. Vom Platz her fĂŒr uns völlig ausreichend. Es war alles vorrĂ€tig, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist eingezĂ€unt, was perfekt ist bei Urlaub mit Hund. Die Lage ist auch gut und ruhig. Man ist in 10 Minuten am Hundestrand und in 10 Minuten am Hafen. Der Checkin völlig unkompliziert. Vermieter ist sehr nett. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Kurzurlaub in Boltenhagen

Wir waren Ende September 2023 bei schönsten Wetter an der wunderschönen Ostsee. Nach kurzem telefonischen Kontakt mit unserem Vermieter konnten wir problemlos in unserer Unterkunft einchecken und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Unser `Gartenhaus`entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Es war alles vorhanden, was uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machten, selbst Tabs fĂŒr den GeschirrspĂŒler waren da! Toll natĂŒrlich auch der Garten mit der schönen Terrasse! Komplett umzĂ€unt was mir sehr wichtig war fĂŒr unsere Hunde. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder:-))) und können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Liebe GrĂŒĂŸe aus Winnenden

Schöne Wohnung

Saubere Wohnung mit eingezĂ€untem Garten, perfekt fĂŒr Hunde. Liebevoll eingerichtet aber zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen bzw kaputt (Gartenmöbel). Ruhige Lage. Ein paar GegenstĂ€nde in der KĂŒche könnten noch hinzugefĂŒgt werden, wie Auflaufform und ein grĂ¶ĂŸerer Topf. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert! Wir wĂŒrden die Wohnung wieder nehmen!

Kleines Ferienhaus mit gutem Komfort

Sehr sauberes, kleines Ferienhaus mit eigenem, abgetrennten Garten ideal mit Hund. Gute Ausstattung, Fußbodenheizung ( Regler fĂŒr den Wohnbereich ist im Schrank versteckt). Eine Stehlampe am Sofa wĂ€re gemĂŒtlich , da die Deckenbeleuchtung sehr hell ist. Der SanitĂ€r Bereich ist mit einer großen Walk In Dusche ausgestattet. Wir haben uns zu Dritt mit Hund wohlgefĂŒhlt und hatten ausreichend Platz
