Aalhaus Boltenhagen, apartment on the Baltic Sea

We have furnished cozy apartments in an old fisherman's house from 1819. All apartments are heated and have a well-equipped kitchenette. In the offered apartment there is 1 double bed in the bedroom and an additional bed as an extra bed for a child. Of course, a travel cot and high chair are also available if required. In the living and dining area there is a seating area and a dining table for your meals. Satellite TV and radio are also included.
In the toilet there is a shower and a sink. Our offer includes towels and bed linen for your stay. The final cleaning and all operating costs are also part of the price.
We look forward to your visit and see you in Boltenhagen OT Tarnewitz. 800m to the beach and 400m to the port.

Wohnung Nr. 2 ist eine Dachwohnung ,nur Schrägen
Wohnung Nr. 2 ist schon recht bedenklich. Nur über eine steile Treppe erreichbar. Die Dachwohnung besteht ausschließlich aus tiefen Schrägen. Möbel abgenutzt. Kleiderschrank sehr klein. Betten sehr niedrig. Die Dusche ist klein und stark abgeschrägt. Dusche schimmlig . Die sogenannte Terrasse mit verfaultem Bodenbrett. Reklamation wurde allerdings durch den Tausch der Wohnung zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt.

Enttäuschung
Von der Unterkunft waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Die angegebene Terrasse war hinter dem Haus auf einer Wiese. Relativ ungepflegt, auch um das Haus. Die Holzmöbel -Tisch, Stühle- total verwittert, das Holzpodest teilweise morsch und durchgebrochen. Wir sind selbst Vermieter und würden das unseren Gästen niemals zumuten. Das Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank war cm dick eingefroren und die Klappe ließ sich nicht mehr schließen. Wir mussten ihn erst mal abtauen, um ihn richtig nutzen zu können. Die Angabe incl. Handtücher bedeutete hier 1 Duschtuch und 1 Handtuch pro Person für 7 Tage. Ich würde das als Erstausstattung bezeichnen. Dies Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen !

Schöne kleine Wohnung...
...mit allem was man benötigt und braucht. Das einzigste Manko war für uns große Menschen, dass das Bett gefühlt auf dem Boden war, sprich sehr niedrig ist. Ansonsten war alles bestens und ging alles ohne Probleme. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Viele Grüße aus dem Saarland...

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten
Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit einem Kleinkind sollte man sich ggf. mit einem Bollerwagen ausstatten - der hat uns die Laufwege in Richtung Hafen, Spielplatz und zum Strand enorm erleichtert. Ansonsten ist direkt um die Ecke ein Supermarkt und ein guter Bäcker. Auch als wir eine kleine Reparatur anmelden mussten, kam der Vermieter direkt vorbei und hat sich gekümmert. Die Kommunikation lief total unkompliziert. Wir waren gern hier!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hatte alles was man benötigte. Im Garten hat man eine separate Terasse mit Stühlen/Tisch und Strandkorb. Auch kann man mit den vorhandenen Grill´s problemlos grillen. Eine Waschmöglichkeit steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Den Strand kann man in ca. 10-15 Minuten Gehweg erreichen. Dieser selbst ist sehr sauber und weitläufig. Ebenfalls ist ein Supermarkt und Bäcker gleich in der Nähe. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Fewo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu errreichen. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden die Fewo weiter empfehlen. Es war Erholung pur.
