Intimate studio located in the historic center, near Strada Maggiore and Hospital Sant\'Orsola, in a quiet and convenient for public transport. Located on the ground floor, it has been recently renovated and furnished with everything you need.

The apartment is equipped with single bed, TV, folding table and kitchenette with fridge, induction plate, utensils, kettle and microwave.

In the bathroom there is toilet, sink and shower.



Check-in is possible only from 3PM.

Instructions for key collection will be sent on the day of check-in. The instructions will be provided ONLY IF you will complete the online check-in, through a link that we will send you by email the day before your arrival.
