Access is very easy and convenient.

Beautiful location, Just few steps from all the main attractions, it's the perfect place for both holiday or business trips to Bologna.

Many bus stops very close to the flat so also very easy to move around the city.
The flat is fully equipped and you will find all the amenities like microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

I had an excellent experience in Bologna for the Cosmoprof event. Although it was a 20-minute drive from the fair, I prioritized staying close to the city center, and I made a fantastic choice. I enjoyed walking to the main square, which offered plenty of restaurants, cafés, shopping, and a supermarket. The place was beautifully renovated and very tasteful. While there were a few minor details to address, such as providing better support for shampoo and soap in the shower and improving the shower design to prevent water spillage, these were easy to overlook. The kitchen was well-equipped with the essentials for morning coffee or tea, everything was impeccably clean, and the communication with the staff was excellent. The location was easily accessible, secure, and conveniently near a private parking lot. Overall, it was a great stay!
