I had a superb week at this cute little Bologna apartment. 15 mins walk to Piazza Maggoria and well located with all the usual conveniences close by. 15/20 mins walk to Bologna Centrale as well. Pietro was a superb host, always there for questions and super helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again when back in Bologna. Very Italian traditional style and suited me perfectly. Book, you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Pietro :)

It was a well appointed suite in a good location. It had all the amenities, though the stove did not work very well and the washing machine was also not easily operational. We enjoyed our stay in Bologna over New Years though! It is a great city and easy to get around by bus.

Pietro has been a very friendly host. He was very communicative about arriving and also presented some tips on local food experiences near by. Communication was very good and the apartment was very clean and tidy.

Feel like a local

The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay.

Recomendable!!!

Honestly, this is a five-star stay and value for the money. The rooms are huge, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, the host is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The place itself is absolutely pristine in cleanliness and there are coffee, biscuits, spices and really everything you need for a great stay. The only problem is that the location is loud. Although it's on a side street, there's a pub downstairs which is loud on the weekends until midnight or so. Then on Sunday/Monday morning at midnight the garbage collection is at midnight and again at 5 am. None of this is the fault of the host, so I feel bad giving 4 stars, but it is something that detracts from the stay. Everything else is perfect. Location is a bit further from center than ideal, so I don't think it's really "A step from center". It's a 20-25 minute walk, and there are lots of busses to get there, but it's not really so central.

Even though the property is a little bit outside of the city center, it can easily be reached within a 15/20 minute walk and there are plenty of buses at the street corner. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Pietro is great at communicating and lives nearby if necessary. There are also a lot of supermarkets and cafes in the neighborhood. Make sure to ask Pietro about the local restaurants; he knows all the good, non touristy places.

Übernachtung in Bologna
