"There was no quiet area where the music was not playing. The staff were helpful and attentive. Food was excellent. The continental breakfast was mostly cereal, bread and cake products - felt it was missing some cheese or eggs. The breakfast included in the room rate was excellent. Would definitely come again. "

"We found the staff welcoming and friendly. The rooms were comfortable with everything one would need for a short stay. The breakfast buffet bar simply groaned with a huge range of cold food and drinks and there was a good menu for cooked alternatives. We were only able to fit in one evening meal and we went for the specials choosing fish for both starter (trout paté) and for mains – as we were near the sea, we decided on ‘catch of the day’ which turned out to be sea bass. "Very clean and comfortable throughout, friendly staff, food excellent, we had Buddha salad bowl, I added chicken and halloumi, my husband added steak and goat cheese, both were delicious, beautifully cooked and presented. We only had one night on our way to Gatwick, but would recommend it just for the food if you’re in the area 👌"

"We came from Australia to be central to family for 6 nights. This amazing inn felt like home and the staff were so lovely and welcoming along with the food being amazing. Our room was very cosy and felt relaxing after long days out. I would stay here again as I have never felt so relaxed after a long flight from the Uk! Julie the landlady is so kind and caring looking after her guests! 100/10! Highly recommend!"

"We stayed for 3 days after our 14-night cruise and were able to wash and dry all our clothes. The washing machine was very handy. The provided clothes hanger had seen better days but we made it work. The location was fabulous and close to heaps of restaurants and pubs. We caught the local bus to Lewes for fun and had a great day. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. We would recommend to stay here. "
