"Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. "Unsere Familie, Tochter 18 Jahre und Sohn 10 Jahre liebt es, das Osternest jedes Jahr in einer neuen, internationalen Stadt zu "suchen". Unsere Reise nach Mailand war ein voller Erfolg.
