"I’ve said enough, but it was disappointing. They claimed to have an outside area and don’t it’s just the outside hallway to the place. The beds are a fold out couch and something just slightly bigger than a twin bed."

"Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"Host cancelled the booking 3h before check-in because of a hot water issue. Was able to convince them to allow us to check-in anyways because we had no where else to go and travelling with a 10mo old baby. They were not able to fix the hot water the next day and we had to find alternate accommodations last minute. It doesn't look like they even tried to fix the hot water issue. "A very good location and neighborhood with many dining and drinking options nearby. The only drawback was that the staircase to the bedroom is metal and rough on bare feet…bring some slippers!"

"Terrible experience and terrible service from VRBO / ALTIDO the listing said fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hurs of arrival and I tried to cancel 3 days before and it said it wasnt allowed. Bed bugs in the bedroom mattress. no window treatment in the bedroom and there is a large street light right on fron of the window so its impossible to sleep there, the AC didnt work.
