For our stay it was very functional. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and a dishwasher. "Fantastic, beautiful property to stay in nestled in the Red Woods! We were coming for a wedding at Deer Park Villa which was 5 minutes away and this Vrbo made the stay more magical! The host was super helpful and they thought of everything- even spices, coffee, and extra blankets. Our friends stayed on the pull out sofa and said it was very comfortable too! Fairfax is super convenient and a very cute town as well. We might come back just to stay here!"

"Peaceful view towards the ocean through the opened wall of windows. Great room was spacious, well supplied kitchen. Large rainfall shower with good water pressure. However, there is no storage for clothing, so we lived out of suitcases for the 5 days we were there. It met our needs."

"The instructions were to park in a special place designed for guests. A cart port. However as we pulled into the property, a lady had already parked there and plugged her car in and quickly ran into the house. The email told us to park in that place. We knocked in the door where the lady went but no response at all. Calling or contacting the host was a failure on multiple attempts. The sign on the door said to take our shoes off, but if you do, you will end up with pet hair on your socks or bare...

"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "
