"Incredible location. 5 minute walk to metro, 5 minutes to Guggenheim. With the location I was able to travel to Guernica, the coast and all over town through metro and trains. The entrance from the street requires a code to unlock a gate - it is always closed at night but I found sometimes during the day it was closed."

"Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "A great location, walking distance to everywhere. Building is undergoing renovation so stairwell is dark and dingy, but don’t let this put you off…… rooms are fabulous, new and clean. "This hotel has online check in. It does not have a front desk. We did not receive an email to check in. You should check in 24 hours in advance. There is a parking lot near the property that will give you a special discount to park, but it needs to be done at least 24 hours before. The room has AC that works, it also has a great hair dryer, and has washer/dryer. Our room had a small kitchen."

Shud be sent email as well because I had a different phone number for trip than what I booked with. The customer service person was very helpful though.
