"This is a budget hotel so it really doesn't have any frills. It suited me fine because it was clean and I had a comfortable sleep. It was great value for money. The breakfast is really good even though there are no cooked elements to it. The staff are helpful. I appreciated that. If you're staying for a night or two it's fine but it wouldn't be ideal for a longer stay. Plus, it is quite a long walk from the historic centre. However, there is a regular bus service."

"Bonjour,Nous avons été très déçus par la "Belle demeure" tout d'abord la cuisine avec les murs tachés , une odeur d'humidité et le plafond garni de toiles d'araignée, en ce qui concerne le frigo américain ; porte congélateur rouillée et partie frigidaire l'intérieur de la porte n'avait pas d'étagère, ce qui avec un groupe de 18 personnes manque beaucoup, la vaisselle à due être lavée entièrement, les assiettes étaient moisies entre elles., le four n'était pas propre, il manquait un bouton de gaz donc 4feux au lieu de 5.Pour les chambres, certaines manquaient de rideau aux fenêtres de toit, d'autres la literie était sur les ressorts, pour les douches les joints noirs, le calcaire sur la robinetterie ,les meubles de l'ensemble sont très vieux et abimés, et pas nets en propreté !Nous n'avions pas d'internet,a la piscine pas de WC et douche comme annoncés,les fermetures éclairs des coussins pour le salon extérieur étaient toutes cassées!le jardin pas entretenu ,on s'attendait à une très jolie maison donc pour le prix forcement trop cher !!!"

You’ll be happy to know that, due to poor sound insulation, you can hear everything going on in the rooms around you, the hall, the lobby and the nearby roadway. Seriously, after an excellent experience at the Campanile Limoges this was a let down. We booked here specifically because they were supposed to have a restaurant but we received notice the night before that it was closed for two weeks. The breakfast buffet was very basic and was frequently out of the few items it had. The pool and the patio look nice, but we would not stay here again."

"The room was large and clean and well-appointed. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager was very kind and accommodating. Food was good. Front desk clerk who checked us in argued that breakfast was not included for our price, and I had to pull up the Expedia receipt details - AND she insisted on calling the manager before she honored it. That made for a rough start to our stay. It is not conveniently located to the walled city - I would have probably booked something closer. However, parking onsite was easy and included, and the manager worked very hard to make sure our stay was comfortable and hospitable - which we appreciated. "
