"Unfortunately the maintenance was very neglected, several things either didn’t work, were of poor quality, or old and dirty. Having to deal with repairs during your vacation is a real pain and waste of your time. The property is very dangerous for children as well as the elderly. Three is no grill outdoors (just a stone pit), there is a stairway with no railing (can you imagine?!?), home is located on a nameless dirt road high up a winding mountain which is a real pain having to go into town...

"The house is amazing. Great architecture and interior design. Spacious, bright and views from the dining table onto the sea. Very good beds, a kitchen were you can really cook. All completely new and very clean. Outside you have amazing views of the sea, Imperia and the hills. Olivetrees and meditaranian vegetation make this a paradise.
