Great home! Clean, in a quiet neighborhood, great community pool, kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment you could possibly use as well as nice supply of basic spices. Used grill in the patio. Use of garage on hot days was a real bonus too.

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Meridian, ID. Kitchen nicely equipped, comfortable beds, very nice firnature. Wonderful, quiet neighborhood within 1 mile of Albertsons grocery. Ideal place to stay in Zmeridian.

Great stay

Great location in a quiet neighborhood yet still close to great restaurants and shopping. The house was spacious enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. House was stocked well with all the necessities and then some. The host was easily reachable and helpful. Would stay here again.

Great Family Time Stay

This was a great property for gathering together as a family. One of the things we enjoyed was the flexibility this property has to be secluded if you need some quiet time, but also good common space. This has a great table to gather a large group around and the open concept meant those who were preparing meals were still enjoying time with those who were relaxing in the living room. 5 stars and couldn't have had a better experience.

I would highly recommend staying at Darrell’s VRBO home. The location was wonderful. The home was in a family friendly neighborhood and was close to everything. The home was clean and comfortable for our stay. The kitchen was equipped with the basics for cooking. My sisters and I were impressed with our accommodations.

Beautiful and comfortable home

Everything was exactly as described. A very warm and inviting home with large and spacious rooms. Amenities like 2 parks available to children and a pool that was still open for use. Close to everything with easy access to the freeway and dining. Easy to follow house rules and very easy to contact the owner if necessary. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Visit

Perfect house location, great neighborhood for walks, close to Boise and golf in Meridian, Eagle. Family enjoyed stay near our daughters wedding venue. Meridian House in quiet neighborhood

This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was centrally located to all the activities we chose to do. Sawtooth Winery, Greenbelt walk along the river, Downtown Boise for dining and shopping. There is an Albertson's very close by. The kitchen was well equipped. We did not use the grill, but it was available. Beds were very comfortable. I walked the neighborhood every day and all the people we met were very friendly. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Excellent Property and Owners

First, communication with the owner was timely and he went above and beyond in answering all questions. The check-in process was smooth, and the home was more than suitable for our family get-together. All rooms were supplied with everything needed, and the entire home was clean. Perfect location for us and everything you may need is within a very short distances; can even walk to grocery store if you want. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommended this property and the owner.

The access and information provided by the host was flawless.The house was very clean and organized with everything you could possibly need to cook a gourmet meal or hot dogs on the grill.. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood, and just a short walk to a a very nice community pool area. The house is also close to many stores and restaurants. The hosts were very nice and accommodating and available for questions or needs...you can't go wrong with this place.

A home away from home

We were in Meridian to visit our parents and celebrate my Dad’s 80th birthday. The house fit our needs perfectly! We each had our own bedroom. The rest of the living space was also great and very comfortable. We cooked in one night and had everything we needed as the kitchen and pantry were very well stocked with cooking utensils/pots and pans. We were able to enjoy the community pool and took morning walks through the neighborhood. For anyone looking for a great house to stay this is it as it it centrally located to for those wishing to explore Meridian and downtown Boise - I highly recommend the Meridian Farmers Market, The Meridian Village shopping mall as it’s a great place to spend an afternoon meandering the out door shops. Yard House Gastropub and BodoVino are fabulous places to eat. We plan to visit Idaho again next year and this is the vacation house we will look to rent as it truly felt like a home away from home.

Nice property, great location, bad experience.

Unfortunately this rental situation was a stressful experience. The owner Darrell was very nice until there was an issue which we did not feel was handled appropriately. The house was nice, area nice, friendly neighbors and good experience besides 1. The bbq was filthy and we spent 20 minutes cleaning prior to being about to use it. 2. The patio furniture was in poor repair and my husband’s chair fell flat to the ground mid dinner, he’s not a big guy. Sometimes things happen and we did not issue complaint. When we checked out we went above and beyond, pre-cleaning for the cleaners. We are very respectful of properties we rent. We felt happy with our stay and very glad we were able to travel to the area to watch our son’s graduation from a local college. Following day I received an urgent call and txt from Darrell about a missing pool key card which was issue 3. I immediately checked our bags and found that my daughter had left the card in her bag. It was our error that cost us time, $ and anxiety. While I spoke to Darrell on the phone and profusely apologized, his wife was hysterical in the background shouting into the phone. It was very uncomfortable. I did overnight the card and it was delivered next day per his request. Then I received in addition $100 charge for replacement via email. Their HOA lists key cards as $25 fee and do not allow more than 1. We are honest people and could have easily ignored. I hope in the future they handle issues with a bit more grace.
