Experience Boise with the ease and comfort of brand-new construction at this two-story townhouse brimming with natural light. Built in 2023, this home is a place to relax at the end of each fun-filled day, lounging outside on the fenced patio with an open view of the golden hour sky.

This townhome sits on the south side of Boise, about 10 miles from the heart of downtown. So much is within an easy drive here, including Boise Ranch Golf Course (just over a mile), Falcon Crest Golf Club (five miles), the Aquarium of Boise (six miles), and Roaring Springs Water Park (seven miles).

Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a living space that's full of sunlight, where the open living room, dining space, and kitchen easily flow into each other. There's a wonderful polish to it all - stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a dining table that's great for both homemade dinners and board games afterward, and a smart TV and a soft sectional for movie nights in the living room.

The bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - are upstairs. Central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
