Close to shopping and golfing.

Unwind in this large 1/3 acre corner lot home in Meridian Spacious, peaceful and relaxing home. accommodating 15 guests. Outside covered patio with plenty of seating with BBQ as well as an Upper balcony.

Main floor has a large kitchen with dining area and large living room with gas fireplace and queen sofa bed, 1/2 bathroom with bidet, office with queen sofa bed, Wi-Fi and is perfect for those teleworking. There is a large laundry with 2 washers/dryers.

The second floor has a master bedroom with an ensuite with bidet, large bedroom with queen bed, and large bedroom with king bed. There is a full bathroom and 1/2 bathroom. Large second floor living room with two additional queen sofa beds, mini refrigerator, microwave and sink, large 72" smart tv and a pool table/ping pong/air hockey .

Whether you're relaxing in the welcoming living room or enjoying the soothing atmosphere of the backyard, this property offers the perfect retreat for your getaway. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Relax in our large back yard with BBQ, spend time in the second floor game room or head out to Bear Creek Park located 2 minutes away or Roaring Springs and Wahooz 3 min away.

Roaring Springs Water Park is 3 min away which offers more than 20 water attractions for all ages, including thill rides, a wave pool, endless river, giant interactive water playground, and much more.

Next to Roaring Springs is Wahooz Family Fun Zone with laser tag, ropes course, arcade, batting cages, miniature golf, bumper cars, bowling, go-karts and so much more

Note:
Guests have access to the entire house and yard. The locked closets in the house and garage are restricted. The garage is only accessible to access trash/recycle containers. For security reasons there is a security camera inside the garage as this is a restricted area.
