"Hotel was very close (walking distance if necessary) from Boise (boy-see!) airport, so very convenient for lodging coming in on later night flights. The room was clean and well kept with full sized refrigerator and cooking options. Didn't use those but they'd be there for use. Beds comfortable. Shower comfortable.
They do have a small-ish gym facility - basic dumbbells, one weight machine, one treadmill, one arc-trainer, one bicycle. Not huge so it couldn't handle a large group of people but it wasn't crowded when I went there - so maybe not a problem.
