"It is such a lovely little gite. We really enjoyed our stay here. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the owner as we had a text from her to say she didn't meet us as she couldn't speak English so any queries would be better sent to poplidays. It is an ancient old watermill and the mill race is still there so the sound of running water was an enjoyable extra. "Clean, quiet and nicely lokated village home with plenty of room. We stayed with our children and grandmother and had a very nice time. The beds were excellent and the view trough the windows is great. 45 minutes drive from Chartres and a 1,5 hour away from Paris (Center) and 1 hour from Versailles. Shortly we had a great stay, very cool!"

"Only stayed one night, rental was very easy to find in a very remote peaceful location. Travelling with our dog so wanted to be in the countryside. Rental had everything needed, comfy bed and good shower. Didn’t really use kitchen but looked more than fully equipped. It is very remote but that’s what we wanted.."
