"We feel bad about leaving this review….not my style. We stayed here on our wedding night. We were planning to go out after wedding but elected to stay in. Checkin was great! Easy and quick. Kitchen well equipped and place was clean. Couch/futon was so uncomfortable only to be outdone by the dreadful bed. Very uncomfortable. There were cheap plastic blinds that did not keep much light out. We felt it was daylight all night. Motorcycles kept racing up and down the streets and you heard the noise...

"This is a really cute property that is in a great location in Harrisburg. If you hate city driving like me this is a fantastic property to stay. You’ll only have to drive about 4 blocks into the city before you can pull off to park for the property. The street is relatively clean and quiet and neighbors are polite. "My family of 6 (4 kids between 5-13) chose this lodging for our first visit to Gettysburg. We found it was walkable, or a very short drive to the major museums and attractions. The decor inside was so thorough it rather reminded us of staying "in the park" at Disney, where the on-site hotels keep you feeling immersed in the experience. This place kept us in the 1860s vibes the whole stay. We would stay again!"
