"The hotel was perfect. Free breakfast with l out a of options for everyone. The room was very clean. Our puppy was very happy in the room while we enjoyed Busch Gardens. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. There was plenty of places to walk our puppy. "

"Do not stay here. The rooms are disgusting. There was blood on the window curtain, blood on the shower curtain, and an old blood stain under the mattress. It smelled of cigarette smoke in my room. The “fitness center” had four machines and one was broken, and it smells terribly of mildew. It felt musty. Don’t even get me started on the free breakfast, the pancakes tasted frozen/microwaved. The sausage was okay, but the eggs tasted like they were made from a carton, and mixed with water. They had no flavor. There should be a staff member in the pool from 7pm-10pm because the children were screaming at unnecessarily loud levels, so it was hard to fall asleep. The elevator also smelled musty. This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. "
